Gift Card policy

Disco Pogo Gift Cards can be used to buy anything on the official Disco Pogo store. They never expire and can be spent all at once, or part-spent on more than one order. More than one Gift Card can be spent on an order and if the Gift Card value is less than the whole order you can pay the rest in the usual way. Anything you buy with a Gift Card is covered by the same terms of sale as if you had paid in any other way.

Disco Pogo Gift Cards cannot be used to buy Disco Pogo magazines, books or merch anywhere else. They’re non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. If you lose the code for an un-spent Gift Card please get in touch with some original order details so that we can find and cancel the original and issue a new code for the un-spent balance.

Gift Cards are electronic, not physical, therefore they are delivered in the form of an email. When you buy one you have the option of providing us with the recipient’s email address so that it can be sent directly to them. You can also add a message and also pick the date you want them to receive it. Or the Gift Card code can be emailed to you and you can sort out the gift-giving yourself.

For boring technical reasons we can only sell Gift Cards with a value in GBP but they can be spent in any other currency.

If you’re shopping in another currency the price you pay now is based on a live currency conversion from GBP. When gift cards are spent they are converted at whatever the live currency conversion is at the time they’re spent, not the currency conversion at the time the voucher was originally purchased. Unfortunately we are at the mercy of technology on this.
