Shipping policy
We’ll usually ship your order within 2 working days when everything is in stock. All orders ship from the UK using a tracked service.
Pre-orders
We ship orders when all items are in stock. If your order includes any pre-orders we’ll hold your order until all pre-order items are ready.
When you pre-order something we’ll give you the most accurate shipping date we have at that time. But we all know pre-order dates change for all sorts of reasons and we appreciate your patience if anything slips past the date we gave you when you ordered.
We’ll keep the website updated if any dates change, and we’ll let you know about any significant changes to the shipping date of something you’ve ordered.
Rest assured, if you’ve pre-ordered something we will always fulfil your order.
Shipping For Prints
Prints are un-framed and will be delivered rolled in a tube. For obvious reasons we can’t pack these together with other items so if you order something else with your print the checkout will charge an additional shipping fee to cover the multiple parcels.
UK & Isle Of Man
£5 for tracked shipping on orders up to 3kg - this should cover up to a couple of books or 3 magazines.
£10 for shipping by courier on orders up to 20kg - this is LOTS of books and magazines!
For orders up to 3kg you have the option of choosing between courier shipping or tracked postal. For order over 3kg we can only offer the courier shipping.
We usually use DPD for courier parcels within the UK, but sometimes need to switch to other carriers like DHL, FedEx or UPS.
The shipping price for super-heavy orders over 20kg will be calculated at check-out.
Channel Islands
£5 for tracked shipping on orders up to 3kg - this should cover up to a couple of books or 3 magazines.
£20 for shipping by courier on orders up to 20kg - this is LOTS of books and magazines!

International Orders Shipped Outside The UK
The shipping price will be calculated at check-out and depends on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as the delivery country.
If your order weighs more than 20kg we will need to get a quote for the final shipping costs. The checkout will not charge you for shipping, it will only charge you for the items you’ve ordered. We will contact you with a shipping quote within 2 working days and this must be paid in full before we will ship your order.
EU
Import duties and taxes For orders with an ex-VAT value of €150 or less we can use the EU IOSS scheme. This means all VAT and customs fees are included in the price you pay at checkout and you won’t pay any customs fees after that.
If your order is over €150 you agree to pay all customs fees. These will usually need to be paid before your order can be delivered.
Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway & Switzerland
Import duties and taxes Your order might be subject to import duties and taxes depending on the type of items. These fees are charged by the customs authority in your country. You agree to pay all customs fees. These will usually need to be paid before your order can be delivered.
USA
Import duties and tariffs Books and magazines are exempt from import duties and tariffs therefore US customs should not charge you anything extra to receive your order on top of what you’ve paid at the checkout. Other items might be subject to duties and tariffs and by ordering you agree to pay these import fees charged by US customs. These will usually need to be paid before your order can be delivered.
